QuickNote and Scrapbook Firefox Add-Ons are awesome! I've used both of these and they are awesome. They also work with the new Firefox 2.0! QuickNotes - is a straight up text-collector. It displays in a new window or on the side of Firefox and you simply highlight sections of the webpage you're viewing and drag it onto QuickNotes. You can easily save tidbits of information here and there from different websites and save it for viewing them all later in one easy window! There's also multiple tabs for you to save different kinds of info. It's a quick and neat lil program that'll make your web-viewing so much easierthan just using bookmarks. Scrapbook - think of this as a better bookmark tool. Like QuickNotes, it opens up on the left side or a new window and you simply highlight portions of a web page over to it. It saves the highlight section in its whole entirety with all the html coding/embedded video,etc... just the way it looks on the webpage. It then forms it's own bookmark on the right. The good part about this program is that you don't have to click on a bookmark and then scroll down through tons of content to find the part you like. It saves only what you highlight and makes life easier. Get it here - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/427/
Try them both and see for yourself!
